Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdBolt’s website, dashboard, and ad-creative services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
AdBolt provides ad-creative design and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, revisions, and pricing are described on our site or in the plan or proposal you select. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Orders, Deliverables & Revisions
When you place an order, you agree to provide the materials, brand assets, and information we reasonably need to complete the work. Revisions are limited to the number included in your selected plan; additional revisions may incur extra charges. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by the timeliness of the information you provide.
4. Payment & Billing
- Fees are described at the time of purchase and, where applicable, processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
- You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the fees you agree to. Recurring plans, if any, renew until cancelled.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Refund questions can be directed to the contact below.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for an order, you own the final ad-creative deliverables we produce specifically for you. AdBolt retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, templates, and know-how, and may display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. You represent that any materials you provide to us do not infringe the rights of others, and you grant us the license needed to use them to perform the Services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purpose;
- Upload content you do not have the rights to use, or that is illegal or harmful;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, and Stripe). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific business expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBolt and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
