Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdBolt (“AdBolt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our ad-creative services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact & project details — when you submit our “Start a Project” form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), desired launch date, the plan you’re interested in, and any notes about your project.
- Account information — if you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information provided by Google (name and email).
- Content you submit — assets, brand materials, messages, and files you share with us so we can produce your ad creative.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and cookies to operate and secure the Services.
Payment information
Payments, if any, are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers; that information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- Respond to inquiries and produce your ad creative;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate sign-ins;
- Process payments and send related receipts or notices;
- Send service-related communications (for example, project updates or account notices);
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers — including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and our email provider, who process data on our behalf.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdBolt, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also request that we stop sending non-essential emails at any time.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email.
